Cost

We publish our costs because we don't play games or hard sell in order to get your business.  Our experience, education, and reputation speak for themselves.  Please check with other Educational Advocates to compare support, experience, and cost.  Ask questions about experience in public education and how they gained their knowledge of general education, special education, and overall functioning of school districts.

Packages and Individual Price List

Plan 1: Support Package with staffing/meeting $750:  initial remote free conference, records review, pre-staffing meeting, post-staffing meeting, and staffing support (up to 2 hours) remote or in person.  If staffing or meeting goes over the 2 hours, our hourly rate is applied.  Services and time can be added for additional  fee from the list of individual services.   All costs must be paid in full prior to service implementation.

Plan 2: Support Package without staffing/meeting $500: initial remote free conference, records review, remote pre-staffing support conference, and remote post-staffing support conference (does not include attending staffing or meeting).   Services and time can be added for additional  fee from the list of individual services.  All costs must be paid in full prior to service implementation.  

Plan 3: Customizable plan:  Clients may create their own custom support needs from the individual services list.  Services must be paid in full prior to implementation of any services.  Services and time can be added to a contract for additional fee (see below).  All costs must be paid in full prior to service implementation.  

Cost for Individual Services:

• Initial video call or phone conference free (based on availability)

• Pre and post remote staffing/meeting support: $150 per-session 

• Staffings, meetings, research, interviews, and paperwork review: $250 hourly rate   

• Short notice (less than 7 days) cost for services: $350 hourly rate
